Payment Terms
Initial payment shall not be less than 60% of the total tuition fees, except with the special approval in writing of the CEO/Training Director. Payment must be completed within one month of registration, except in exceptional case with the special approval in writing of the CEO/Training Director. Incomplete payment after one month shall result in automatic withdrawal without any refunds and prohibition of entry into any classroom, except in the event of a special waiver obtained from the CEO/Training Director, as specified above.

Cancellations, Deferrals, Refunds and Course Changes
Any request for course cancellation or change made by any student or client must be in writing (typed or handwritten) signed by the applicant, acknowledged by our Admin Officer on duty or by email forwarded to training@treasurehall.net, copy to chidiotumba@gmail.com and verified by the Admin on duty. Any email forwarded through any other email other than the two authorized and stated above shall be invalid.
Generally, there shall be no refund after 7 calendar days of registering for any course or test. However, in the event of approval of a refund, there shall be a10% Admin surcharge. Not more than 90% of the total fee paid shall be refundable to the student or client.
Explicitly, students and clients should not expect a refund under any circumstance where the reason for the failure in service delivery is either cause by the applicant’s action or inaction, wrong or false documentation or declaration or any other act, error or omission not caused by Treasurehall Training. There shall be no refund where our staff acts outside or beyond the mandate and usual scope of an employee.

Study materials provided (soft or hard copy) are for educational purposes only, and Students/Trainees will not reproduce, retransmit, sell, extend, disseminate, publish, or broadcast any of such materials.
